Using a normal damper, the height of the vehicle can be lowered, roll on winding roads can be suppressed, and both steering and safety can be improved accordingly. Lowers the car's centre of gravity and stiffens the suspension for improved handling without sacrificing ride quality. The biggest feature of the tenth-generation Civic is the compatibility of supple suspension feel and sporty handling performance, but in normal conditions, it is also where we want to stabilize the behaviour a little more, such as roll and pitching. Therefore SPOON has developed a genuine shape spring with a normal ratio of about 30 mm down and a spring rate about 10% up. Designed to provide the most natural handling when tuning the suspension. If you compare strut suspension with double wishbone one, there are fewer parts in general and the geometry is widely different in respect to the vehicle height, that all together is likely to cause deterioration when handling a lowdown vehicle. For lowered vehicles, the ball joint height is changed, the lower arm angle is now closer to STD state, and geometry is adjusted for natural handling. ZERO BUMP STEER KIT corrects the lower arm angle and applies cornering force at a suitable angle, while also suppressing the self-bump and improving roll rigidity. Additionally, the Spoon ZERO BUMP ROD END corrects the angle of the tie rod to achieve a natural steering feel. These products could be installed separately, however, the best results are achieved when used together. Alignment is required after installation.

By adopting this construction method it became possible to reduce the number of rubber parts, the liquid loss was reduced, and the design of a calliper with high rigidity and lightweight became possible. The importance of a reliable driveshaft is often overlooked in endurance racing to street applications. Fits all 10th Generation 1.5L Turbo Civic Models. In collaboration with Hondata, Spoon has been developing the 1.5L turbocharged L15 engine. At Time Attack testing, the FK7 demonstration car with updated ECU settings was able to better the standard FK8 TYPE R lap time. However, it felt like it was not enough power and torque to outpace the higher horsepower K20C engine. Analysis of the HONDATA ecu logs, show that the increased boost pressure and power output results in higher exhaust temperature and pressure, which eventually makes the turbocharger reach its maximum capacity. As the fuel system of the L15 Turbo engine has sufficient capacity, Spoon has determined that it is possible to further improve the output by developing an all-new large capacity turbocharger capable of producing more boost pressure. Turbocharger technology has rapidly evolved to meet strict fuel consumption standards, and exhaust gas regulations and there are many manufacturers. With this in mind, the newest and most beneficial turbocharger from MHI was chosen for its advanced technologies. After several months of development, the Spoon Big Turbocharger Kit is introduced. The result is increased high rpm range output and improved medium to low torque. The housing has the same shape with the original turbocharger; therefore, it does not require any additional parts to install, just bolt it on and it’s ready. When tuning for the turbo engine that Honda has increased its adoption in the recent progress of the power train, we thought that the turbo engine is an NA engine with extremely excellent intake efficiency.
"It is an important factor to efficiently improve the output to guide as much air as possible to the combustion chamber with less resistance," which I gained through my experience in tuning many NA engines. This product was born from our idea.
The output of this throttle body is improved because the flow path area can be increased and the amount of intake air can be increased by increasing the butterfly diameter.
Furthermore, by increasing the surface roughness inside the body and lowering the flow path resistance, the flow velocity of the intake air increases and the response can be improved.

The high-performance intercooler core provides a 42% larger frontal area and 144% more volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties.
