DESCRIPTION
This is a direct fit kit, with no need to drill holes or make any cuts.
Designed to mount in the factory location the Dream intercooler offers higher performance in both flow and cooling capacity in a beautifully engineered and affordable package. It features a hand-built core with high flow end tanks and bespoke CNC-finished inlet and outlet flanges.
Using a tube and fin design, we believe that this works more efficiently than a plate and bar set up, the core is 85mm deep using a twin 40mm internal tube, We use an internal turbulated tube to allow better heat dissipation from the charge air temperatures.
All cores are powder-coated black with the option of painted logos.

DESCRIPTION
Designed to protect the oil drain pipe from excessive heat when using a decat sports cat or larger turbo on the K20C1 engine found in the Fk2 and FK8 type R.
The heat shield covers the complete length of the pipe including protection of the standard clamps, the shield is then secured by two strong pinch tabs that are bent over once in place.

DESCRIPTION
Dream automotive hardlagged water pipe offers superior protection against heat-soak from the turbo and downpipe on the K20C1 engine.
Hard Lagging is when the insulation material is directly attached to the water pipe.
The process involves the insulation material is wrapped directly around the pipe. A metallic skin is then micro spot welded directly to the pipe to secure and seal the insulation material in place.
The metallic skin also acts as part of the thermal barrier by providing additional heat
resistance. hard lagging can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C

Refresh your intercooler Logo by using DREAM logo stencil.
HOW TO:
Clean and make sure your intercooler is dry.
Place the cardboard stencil onto the front of the intercooler (Make sure the intercooler is not upside down, the PRL logo is on the driver's side end tank).
It is recommended to tape down the stencil to have a sharp logo and to avoid moving.
Mask off or cover the end tanks to avoid overspray.
Multiple coats may be needed to have full coverage, this varies per color.
Allow to dry 30-60 minutes before installing the intercooler.
If any mistakes are made such as runs/overspray acetone or paint thinner can be used to remove any unwanted paint or to remove the stencil entirely, though this will take some time.
Keep the stencil handy and in a safe spot without bending if you would like to reuse it
