Syvecs PnP Standalone ECU & Harness | Honda Civic Type R | FK8 2.0T K20C1 | 2017+
Normaler PreisSonderpreis
£4,920.00 GBP
We believe this is a world first for a standalone ECU for both the OEM road car and one that retains the use of the electronic wastegate.
Based on the Syvecs S7 Plus ECU, the Plug N Play kit inherits all of the ECUs features, which include but are not limited to:
- Flat Shifting
- Electronic Wastegate Control
- Adjustable Autoblip (Automatic Heel and Toe) even with the manual gearbox with automatic rev matching
- Rolling Anti-lag / Pit lane limiter strategies, great for building boost on a roll
- Adjustable Traction Control
- Fully adjustable Launch Control
- 8 x switchable maps with the ability to select desired engine map, boost level, traction and launch control levels through steering wheel buttons
- Adjustable Knock control
- Cruise Control
- Live Tuning of every aspect of the engine’s calibration.
The S6-I ECU offers an extremely high level of precise engine management control. The triple processor unit uses a high speed RISC processor for code execution and an additional large FPGA for high speed engine position tracking, allowing the scheduling of code to be independent of signal patterns, increasing flexibility, efficiency and accuracy under transient conditions. This powerful combination also allows advanced control algorithms but yet easy to map for the end user still using our SCal software and S6 Firmware.
The Third Processor present is available for in the future users to write their own code in C for Full Vehicle Integration via Canbus and Build some custom strategies to handle some of the unique requirements which are now found in OEM Applications. Currently only Syvecs staff can do this but we are working on offering this out to all our dealers very soon! Cased In A Sealed Aluminium Billet Unit With 3 x Waterproof Connectors Offering 94pins

Type R Kit FAQ and Help
Q) Can I install a different in-tank pump?
A) Yes, the FK2 has a basic relay on and off control for the in-tank fuel pump and can be replace for a bigger one if needed
Q) How do I change calibrations from inside the car?
A) You can have up to 12 calibration option which are controlled via the Up and Down button of the cruise control on the steering wheel You will see which calibration you have selected with the tacho going to 2000rpm for position 2, 3000rpm for position 3 etc…
Q) How do you activate rolling antilag?
A) By pressing the Lim button on the steering wheel
Q) Can we use the OBD port still to log, read codes and clear them on other ECUs on the car like ABS?
A) Yes
Q) I have heard of the Autoblip, what is it and how does it work?
A) The Autoblip is used to replicate a heel and toe action without having to do it yourself. In certain conditions, the throttle body will open itself while pressing the clutch to allow rpm match on downshift. We are receiving the brake pressure and signal from a clutch switch and depending on the conditions you may have the blip of the throttle or not and you can have more or less blip too if you are in R-mode or normal mode. The Autoblip is fully customizable depending on your driving style and preferences
Q) Does the Syvecs ECU offer flatshift? A) Yes, Flatshift is enabled based on TPS position, RPM and clutch switch, when all the conditions are met, you will have a fuel and/or ignition cut to stop the engine to rev itself even if you’re still on full throttle.
Q) Does the OEM Traction control still works? A) No, the OEM Traction control is completely disabled and the Syvecs Traction Control takes over it. You can still disable the traction control completely if you wish to by using the OEM Traction control switch, the light will come onon the dashboard to let you know the traction control is now disabled completely. The traction control light will also flash when the traction control is active on the Syvecs to let you know wheelspin is occurring.
Q) Does the cruise control still works? A) Yes the cruise control still works but differently to the OEM ECU You will need to hold the speed at which you want the cruise control to be and then press Main on the steering wheel. The Syvecs will then hold the speed at which you pressed the button at and hold it there, bear in mind the vehicle speed needs to be stable when you press or it won’t register it. You won’t be able to increase or decrease that speed with + and – switches as they are now used to change calibrations.
Q) Does the Syvecs have launch control A) Yes, as you probably notice, the OEM Launch isn’t the best, so Syvecs takes over to offer you a much better strategy The launch is fully customizable (Boost, RPM etc…) and can be activated by pressing the Autostart button. When the light is on on the Autostart switch, the launch is activated, otherwise the launch is off.
Q) Everything sounds very good but what do I lose by removing the OEM ECU? A) We have worked very hard to integrate as much of the OEM function as we could. The only things that does not work with the Syvecs ECU are the hill-start assist and the possibility to increase and decrease speed of the cruise control as we are using Up and Down to change the calibration. You will also lose the engine oil temperature on the dash but the engine does not have an oil temperature sensor and it only shows an estimation of the oil temperature.

SYVECS | X20 Lite Expander
Normaler Preis
£990.00 GBP
The Syvecs X20L expander is a very powerful device for controlling additional I/O (Inputs and Outputs) in an automotive electrical installation. With the use of two CAN controllers, the X20L communicates with master devices to behave as a slave for it, offering the entire I/O complement to its master device. All our ECUs (engine control units) will communicate with the X20L with just the use of 2 wires and we have also incorporated logic to allow other manufacturers to be able to work with the X20L as well.
8 of the outputs on the X20L are designed to be driven to a high load or low load, making them extremely flexible in what they can offer. These h-bridge outputs can be paired to control external DC motors which are used in drive-by-wire applications or many other automotive applications.
12 low-side outputs which drive the outputs to ground are also useful for driving solenoids, relays and external devices. These outputs also have the ability to have internal pull-up and fly-back diodes set.
4 DAC (digital-to-analog) outputs are also present on the that convert a binary input number into an analog voltage output. These outputs are useful for sending out a voltage to an external device to mirror a sensor signal for example.
While the X20L has 20 inputs not all of them share the same capabilities. 12 of the inputs (AS Inputs) are fully flexible and support frequency detection, SENT decoding, Thermistor (internal 3k pull up) and bipolar operation which means the voltage is monitored above and below the reference ground for use with VR Sensors. The remaining 8 inputs are standard 0-5v ADC inputs.
To finish off the serious I/O compliment that the X20L offers, are 2 x NTK Lambda sensor circuits that allow a sensor to be connected directly and output the oxygen ratio via CAN to the master device.

SYVECS | X4 Expander
Normaler Preis
£540.00 GBP
The Syvecs X4 Expander is a compact but very powerful expansion unit for enhancing the Input and Output complement of a powertrain electronics installation.
The X4 is fitted with four Half Bridges drivers which are capable of driving Low, High, or joined in pairs as a full bridge motor driver. Each of the four H-Bridge Outputs is equipped with a current monitoring circuit which can be assigned in strategies on Syvecs Engine Controllers or as Current Limiting functions in other applications.
Four MagnetoResitive circuits make reading the ABS sensors found on most new automotive applications easier by just needing to connect one side of the sensor to the X4 and the other side to the Ground.
The four 0-5v Analog inputs are not capable of frequency detection but are useful for monitoring of switches, pressure transducer, or positional sensors.
Able to withstand the toughest of conditions and high temperatures the X4 is useful for many applications whether it’s for external Drive By Wire support, Electronic Wastegates, Fuel Pump Controller, and more.
Two canbus interfaces are fitted on the X4 which are set up out of the box for Slave Control with a S7,S8,S12 Ecu, or XCan Support for other ECUs.
