Dream motorsport spec wiring harness has been developed as a complete replacement of the OEM engine harness which is starting to become prone to fatigue issues.
The loom is a fully sealed loom using system 25 techniques and materials similar to that found in F1 engine wiring harnesses.
Concentrically twisted construction has been adopted to aid flexibility as well as provide a smaller and lighter harness that OEM, with a weight saving of over 1KG
UsingTefzel/mil-spec wire which is stronger and lighter than the OEM equivalent, the ECU plug has been fully sealed to avoid ingress of dirt or moisture
Some of the component wiring has been extended to allow scope for altered aftermarket parts to be fitted, ie increased length on MAF sensor wiring to suit many aftermarket intakes.
additional plugs fitted for the potential to add secondary injectors and driver unit.
Each wiring strand has been labeled to ease installation and diagnosis.
