Grading Explained

We inspect and grade our used products so that you know what quality and warranty to expect before ordering. Take a look at our guide to grading below:

OPEN BOX

• Box has been opened, but goods are in as new condition with no usage
• Original manufacturers packaging
• Can include manufacturer refurbished products
• Full manufacturers warranty

GRADE A

• Goods will be in good condition with very light signs of usage. May have very light scratches/marks/blemishes on the item.
• Original manufacturers packaging
• No warranty

GRADE B

• Goods will be in average condition with signs of usage. May show signs of some light scratches/marks/blemishes on the item.
• May be brown boxed (non-original packaging)
• No warranty 

GRADE C

• Goods will be in below average condition and will show signs of more considerable usage. May show signs of heavier scratches/marks/blemishes on the item.
• May be brown boxed (non-original packaging)
• No warranty
