The Ohlins Road &| Track kit has been designed to give a ride smooth enough be used on the road whilst retaining the ability to offer competent performance on the track. Ohlins have decades of experience in building high-end performance dampers and the road and track kits have been developed to bring some of that technology to the road at a reasonable cost.

The damping rate on the Ohlins Road &| Track units is fully adjustable and ties compression and rebound together as a matched setting. In 95% of cases, the Ohlins dampers will suit the customer's needs straight from the box, although further assistance can be provided if required.

Many of the applications available are ride height adjustable without affecting the fitted length and preload of the spring, although spring preload can also be adjusted. A unique feature on the Ohlins Road &| Track dampers is the Dual Flow Valve (DFV) technology. This additional valve supports the basic function of the main piston by allowing increased oil flow through ports in the DFV with sudden damper accelerations. This translates to a more supple ride on uneven road surfaces and harsh high damper speed impacts. The one-way adjuster allows simple changes between firm and soft settings via the adjuster.

We Recomend to use the original Toyota Camber Screws to reduce the camber on the front axel. we recomend not to use lower sping rate 70N/mm

The sprung ceramic clutch kits - Stage 2R uses an upgraded pressure plate combined with a ceramic friction disc in sprung configurations. This clutch kits range is designed for race/track-going vehicles that require a higher torque capacity and temperature tolerance, and faster engagement. Clutch engagement is more aggressive than organic kits, so it is not recommended for daily driven vehicles.

The Stage 2R series clutch provides a higher torque capacity and heat capacity offering improved gear change times over the stage 2 equivalents.

These kits feature a high-quality cover with increased clamping force compared with standard, between 75-120% depending on the demands of the individual vehicle. The covers have an anti-burst pressure plate casting, The material is SFI certified for racing use- burst-proof to 14,000rpm. So combining a ‘1R’ kit with Xtreme Performance flywheels also massively improves the safety level for cars.

Since this is a turbocharged engine, heat and volume were the main considerations during development. This intake system has been developed to offer the highest possible flow rate whilst maintaining the lowest intake temperatures possible.

• The GR Yaris Eventuri system uses a Patented Carbon fiber Housing which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield but a unique design that invokes the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce the drag on the turbo.

• The filter itself has an outer diameter of 210mm or 8.3″ with a filtration surface area of over 130,000mm^2. The patented Venturi housing has been designed to provide the maximum internal volume possible for the GR Yaris and provides laminar flow to the turbo tube.

The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimised in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The result is an excellent cooling property with minimal back-pressure. The newly developed performance core provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow by using a specially prepared air baffle. That`s why this kit is perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed.  These Toyota GR Yaris performance exhausts are made in 3" (76.2mm) pipework and fit from the Gasoline Particulate Filter section backwards (GPF-back) this exhaust replaces the centre and rear sections.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

This exhaust offers improvement in terms of exhaust tone, bass and sound level whilst keeping the stock catalyst and GPF in place. This exhaust system has been designed to be easily upgradable to a full turbo-back exhaust in the future by purchasing additional sections.

This exhaust has a choice of 4" (101.6mm) and 4.5" (114.5mm) tailpipe options including a choice of carbon fibre tip options.

 BR Series - For Fast Road Use

The BR series coilovers use a large 46mm diameter piston in a 53mm diameter damper body to maximise oil capacity.

As the damper unit operates the oil contained within heats up. The viscosity of oil changes as its temperature varies which can lead to changes in the damping characteristic of the unit.

BC Racing only use a very high quality oil with their coilovers but go that extra mile to maximise performance and build their BR range with a large 53mm diameter damper body. This increases the capacity of the unit which increases the volume of oil contained which in turn reduces the peak temperature and so significantly improves damper performance.

This is the kit we recommend for the best balance of performance and comfort, designed by the factory to have the best overall compromise of spring rate, ride height range, top mount design and damping rate to suit the majority of car owners.

It is more than capable of dealing with fast road and track work but also retains a high degree ride civility so the car can still be used for mundane duties and long journeys without the ride becoming tiring.

The RN series coilover kits are supplied without front top mounts and with aluminium rear top mounts with rubber centre or no rear top mounts
