Designed and manufactured in-house at Quaife's Sevenoaks, Kent facility, the QKE10J 6-speed sequential gearkit retains the original bellhousing side of the FK2/FK8 gearbox, with a Quaife manufactured alloy transmission casing, which retains the original mounting points and driveshafts, and incorporates Quaife's state-of-the-art sequential gear change mechanism that means it is impossible to mis-shift with ultra-fast shifting.
The design includes additional bearing supports between the 4th and 5th gear to strengthen the shaft making a more efficient and robust gearbox better suited to racing and rally use. Alongside the standard straight gear cut, a helical option is available for road and track day use.

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core (Tube Fin) with the dimensions 670 mm x 183,4 mm x 125 mm (15.4 litres)/ 26,38Inch x 7,22Inch x 4,92Inch (939,76Inch³), which was developed especially for the requirements of the Honda Civic Type R FK8. This high-performance core offers a 91 % larger frontal surface and 140 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.
The aluminium cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimised in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). An incorporated air baffle inside the intercooler inlet ensures a uniform filling of the intercooler. The result is an excellent cooling property with minimal backpressure. The newly developed competition high-performance core is very light and provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough airflow by using a specially prepared air baffle. That`s why this kit is perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
An anti-corrosion powder coating with perfect heat-conducting properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The Dream Automotive Replacement CAT pipe for the Civic Type R FK8/FL5 is made from lightweight T304 stainless steel for longer life and to give the owner a higher flow rate with reduced back pressure to release the engine's full capabilities.
The de-cat pipe incorporates a tangential bend turbo outlet ensuring a perfect transition through its 3.5" bend tapered down to a 3" exhaust outlet. Hand-made to the highest UK Motorsport standards, TIG welded, using water cut machined flanges we can promise an OEM fitment.
Heat management
We have two types of heat management that are available for you to choose from:
Hard Lagging is when the insulation material is directly attached to the downpipe.
The process involves the insulation material wrapped directly around the pipe. A metallic skin is then micro spot welded directly to the pipe to secure and seal the insulation material in place. The metallic skin also acts as part of the thermal barrier by providing additional heat resistance. hard lagging can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C

Zircotec ceramic coating offers a 30% heat reduction, in comparison to a non-coated item. After many months of extensive research, we are pleased to offer our Dream 3" Valved exhaust system.
Our system has been developed with a few goals in mind a Unique design, distinctive sound and strong performance. We have set out to develop an exhaust system based around a decated car. Most owners will be aware the larger gain in power would be from replacing the downpipe installed onto the K20C1 engine found in the FK8 Civic Type R.
With Trackday noise limits in place across the UK we have certain limits we need to obtain.
With the want for utilising an aftermarket downpipe during trackday conditions this would be the basis for our development to start from.
Utilising 3" 76mm Aerospace-grade, non-magnetic stainless steel pipework used for the entire system, we have smoothed restriction points resulting in performance gains that can be dyno proven.
UK built, hand-finished welds and precision jigged construction, results in an exhaust that fits as per OEM, but with a gain in sound and performance.

Design to repair fatigue and breakage at the boost control solenoid in the K20c1 engine harness found in the FK2 and FK8
With the repair harness, we have followed the Honda wire colours to aid installation and avoid wiring mistakes.
Wire tails have been left with a little extra length than required to aid strain relief.
All harnesses are supplied with two butt connectors along with Raychem SCL heat shrink, with internal glue to ensure a fully watertight seal around the join.

Here we have our all-new FK8 Civic Type R intercooler kit, this is a direct fit kit with no need for drilling holes or cutting.
Designed to mount in the OE location, the Dream intercooler offers a higher level of performance in both flow and cooling capacity. In a beautifully engineered and affordable package, it features a hand-built core with high-flow end tanks and bespoke CNC-finished inlet & outlet flanges.
We believe that using a tube and fin design, works more efficiently than a plate and bar setup. The core is 100mm deep using a single internal tube, We use an internal tubulated tube to allow better heat dissipation from the charge air temperatures.
FUN FACT: Our intercooler has also proudly helped us throughout the Time Attack season in 2019 and also win the Championship!

Milltek’s technicians have completed their redesign of the OEM exhaust system, doing away with the various pipe sizes and "pinch points" to create a much smoother and better flowing design. Milltek's development vehicle has been thoroughly tested on the road, race track and dyno to ensure it meets the brand ethos - performance without compromise.
The system comes in three different configurations to suit a wide range of intended uses: EC-Approved (a requirement for sale in some countries around the World), Road+ and Race.
