Designed and manufactured in-house at Quaife's Sevenoaks, Kent facility, the QKE10J 6-speed sequential gearkit retains the original bellhousing side of the FK2/FK8 gearbox, with a Quaife manufactured alloy transmission casing, which retains the original mounting points and driveshafts, and incorporates Quaife's state-of-the-art sequential gear change mechanism that means it is impossible to mis-shift with ultra-fast shifting.
The design includes additional bearing supports between the 4th and 5th gear to strengthen the shaft making a more efficient and robust gearbox better suited to racing and rally use. Alongside the standard straight gear cut, a helical option is available for road and track day use.
Fitment of the Quaife QKE10J is a must for those wanting to turn the FK2/FK8 into a true performance heavyweight.

The S6-I ECU offers an extremely high level of precise engine management control. This powerful combination also allows advanced control algorithms but yet easy to map for the end user still using our SCal software and S6 Firmware.
The Third Processor present is available for in the future users to write their own code in C for Full Vehicle Integration via Canbus and Build some custom strategies to handle some of the unique requirements which are now found in OEM Applications. Q) Can I install a different in-tank pump?
A) Yes, the FK2 has a basic relay on and off control for the in-tank fuel pump and can be replace for a bigger one if needed
Q) How do I change calibrations from inside the car?
A) You can have up to 12 calibration option which are controlled via the Up and Down button of the cruise control on the steering wheel You will see which calibration you have selected with the tacho going to 2000rpm for position 2, 3000rpm for position 3 etc…
Q) How do you activate rolling antilag?
A) By pressing the Lim button on the steering wheel
Q) Can we use the OBD port still to log, read codes and clear them on other ECUs on the car like ABS?
A) Yes
Q) I have heard of the Autoblip, what is it and how does it work?
A) The Autoblip is used to replicate a heel and toe action without having to do it yourself. In certain conditions, the throttle body will open itself while pressing the clutch to allow rpm match on downshift. We are receiving the brake pressure and signal from a clutch switch and depending on the conditions you may have the blip of the throttle or not and you can have more or less blip too if you are in R-mode or normal mode. The Autoblip is fully customizable depending on your driving style and preferences
Q) Does the Syvecs ECU offer flatshift? A) Yes, Flatshift is enabled based on TPS position, RPM and clutch switch, when all the conditions are met, you will have a fuel and/or ignition cut to stop the engine to rev itself even if you’re still on full throttle.
Q) Does the OEM Traction control still works? A) No, the OEM Traction control is completely disabled and the Syvecs Traction Control takes over it. You can still disable the traction control completely if you wish to by using the OEM Traction control switch, the light will come onon the dashboard to let you know the traction control is now disabled completely. The traction control light will also flash when the traction control is active on the Syvecs to let you know wheelspin is occurring.
Q) Does the cruise control still works? A) Yes the cruise control still works but differently to the OEM ECU You will need to hold the speed at which you want the cruise control to be and then press Main on the steering wheel. The Syvecs will then hold the speed at which you pressed the button at and hold it there, bear in mind the vehicle speed needs to be stable when you press or it won’t register it. You won’t be able to increase or decrease that speed with + and – switches as they are now used to change calibrations.
Q) Does the Syvecs have launch control A) Yes, as you probably notice, the OEM Launch isn’t the best, so Syvecs takes over to offer you a much better strategy The launch is fully customizable (Boost, RPM etc…) and can be activated by pressing the Autostart button. When the light is on on the Autostart switch, the launch is activated, otherwise the launch is off.
Q) Everything sounds very good but what do I lose by removing the OEM ECU? A) We have worked very hard to integrate as much of the OEM function as we could. The only things that does not work with the Syvecs ECU are the hill-start assist and the possibility to increase and decrease speed of the cruise control as we are using Up and Down to change the calibration. You will also lose the engine oil temperature on the dash but the engine does not have an oil temperature sensor and it only shows an estimation of the oil temperature.

DESCRIPTION
In the RS Model, the activation pressure is applied in the same direction as the initial torque with the utilization of a coil spring. Therefore, the initial torque is set lower than the MZ model which enables a smoother and quicker initial clutch plates engagement from a non-operational to a fully functioning state, even despite a low initial torque rating. The virtue of a low initial torque setting is that it enables a smooth turn even while the LSD mechanism is not activated. Because of the coil spring design, it provides an overall gentle and stable operation.
The RS Springs sit inside the pressure rings which helps engage the rear lock and the number of springs can be added or subtracted for personal customization.
These RS Springs apply constant pressure against the clutch plates at all times, resulting in minimal loss of initial torque over time.

The REMUS cat-back solution for the Honda Civic Type R VTEC Turbo / GT is designed to work in perfect cooperation with the stock catalytic converter of the engine. Reduced back pressure and optimized flow dynamics grant a significant increase in power and torque in combination with the well-known sonorous REMUS sound. The “Sport” brake kit is where it all began for TAROX brake kits. Most Sport kits feature our B32 6 piston caliper, the direct descendant of the 6 piston caliper developed for the first ever TAROX brake kit built for the BMW E30 M3 in 1994. TAROX founder Gianni Taroni's decision to ignore convention and develop a 6 piston caliper rather than 4, combined with the use of such high quality raw materials was a revolutionary step that affirmed TAROX as a pioneer of performance braking.
Sport kits are the basis of our application guide with over of 1000 applications. They feature either the B32 or B33 caliper with disc sizes typically between 300mm and 330mm. The two piece discs feature heat treated billet steel rotors and separate alloy bells which results in an incredibly strong component with the lowest possible overall weight. The focus with any TAROX Sport kit is to ensure an increased level of performance under both street and track conditions with a firm, modulated brake pedal. Also, every effort is made to develop a kit that can be used in the vast majority of occasions with the cars O.E wheels.*
As with all TAROX kits the Sport range integrates with all modern day driving assistants such as ECS, ABS and dynamic driving aids. Each kit features:

Milltek’s technicians have completed their redesign of the OEM exhaust system, doing away with the various pipe sizes and "pinch points" to create a much smoother and better flowing design. Milltek's development vehicle has been thoroughly tested on the road, race track and dyno to ensure it meets the brand ethos - performance without compromise.
The system comes in three different configurations to suit a wide range of intended uses: EC-Approved (a requirement for sale in some countries around the World), Road+ and Race.
Road+ and Race systems are visually identical: the main difference between them is a different internal design in the rear silencer assembly. The Race rear silencer offers reduced silencing for a louder sound than the Road+ silencer.
There are four different Tip options available, Polished, Cerakote Black and Titanium & Burnt Titanium.
As with all Milltek systems, quality is the watchword throughout. Aerospace-grade, non-magnetic stainless steel is used for the entire system (including clamps), with hand-finished welds and precision jigged construction. The result is an exhaust that fits as per OEM, but with a longevity and soundtrack that are anything but.
