After many months of extensive research, we are pleased to offer our Dream 3" Valved exhaust system.
Our system has been developed with a few goals in mind a Unique design, distinctive sound and strong performance. We have set out to develop an exhaust system based around a decated car. Most owners will be aware the larger gain in power would be from replacing the downpipe installed onto the K20C1 engine found in the FK8 Civic Type R.
With Trackday noise limits in place across the UK we have certain limits we need to obtain.
With the want for utilising an aftermarket downpipe during trackday conditions this would be the basis for our development to start from.
Utilising 3" 76mm Aerospace-grade, non-magnetic stainless steel pipework used for the entire system, we have smoothed restriction points resulting in performance gains that can be dyno proven.
UK built, hand-finished welds and precision jigged construction, results in an exhaust that fits as per OEM, but with a gain in sound and performance.

We have incorporated the use of a valve on our system to allow for adjustments of the tone and volume, allowing for any further variations in Db. Interchangeable silencers will allow you to upgrade your system to the next level at any point. All systems will include the front pipe situated between downpipe and steering rack area.
The system is offered with x2 tailpipe options of Brushed or Polished stainless steel.

Milltek’s technicians have completed their redesign of the OEM exhaust system, doing away with the various pipe sizes and "pinch points" to create a much smoother and better flowing design. Milltek's development vehicle has been thoroughly tested on the road, race track and dyno to ensure it meets the brand ethos - performance without compromise.
The system comes in two different configurations to suit a wide range of intended uses: Road+ and Race.
There are five different Tip options available; Brushed Titanium, Burnt Titanium, Cerakote Black, Polished and Carbon Fibre.
All Milltek performance exhaust systems are manufactured from T304L stainless-steel; giving you the satisfaction of knowing that our products are meant to last within some of the toughest environments. T304L is a highly durable form of stainless-steel that is far less susceptible to degradation and discolouration than many others of its kind, while it will last almost indefinitely.
As with all Milltek systems, quality is the watchword throughout. Aerospace-grade, non-magnetic stainless steel is used for the entire system (including clamps), with hand-finished welds and precision jigged construction. The result is an exhaust that fits as per OEM, but with a longevity and soundtrack that is anything but.
TAILPIPE TIP ARRANGEMENT
Milltek offer their Brushed Titanium, Burnt Titanium and Carbon Fibre tips in both OEM Style and Equal Size arrangements. The OEM Style option refers to keeping the small-large-small tip arrangement found on the standard FL5 exhaust system using 2 x 4" pipes and 1 x 4.5" pipes. The Equal Size options refers to keeping all 3 exhaust tips the same size, 3 x 4.5" pipes.
Please note that regardless of your choice, sound and performance will not be affected.

The R&D Team at Pipercross has worked tirelessly designing, prototyping, and testing an all new Intake System for the FL5 Type R Platform.
The Intake System saw some very positive dyno-graph figures when tested back to back with the OEM Intake, gaining a little over 10HP & 20lb/fttorque at 2,800rpm. Pair the performance gain with a lively induction sound & you've got one great all-around Intake System.
Kit includes 1x air filter, 1x heatshield, and a downpipe extending into the turbo.
Pipercross Induction Systems remove the restrictive factory airbox to offer the maximum possible airflow into the engine.
All filters use Pipercross composite airflow technology and systems are only released for production when they are bench-flow tested and make an improvement in airflow performance.
Pipercross induction systems are highly recommended for optimum performance.
Intakes also have an improved look over OEM and increase intake noise to improve your driving experience. These do not affect the manufacturer's warranty.

Designed and manufactured in-house at Quaife's Sevenoaks, Kent facility, the QKE10J 6-speed sequential gearkit retains the original bellhousing side of the FK2/FK8 gearbox, with a Quaife manufactured alloy transmission casing, which retains the original mounting points and driveshafts, and incorporates Quaife's state-of-the-art sequential gear change mechanism that means it is impossible to mis-shift with ultra-fast shifting.
The design includes additional bearing supports between the 4th and 5th gear to strengthen the shaft making a more efficient and robust gearbox better suited to racing and rally use. All gears are straight cut.

The Spoon Aluminium radiator is constructed 100% from aluminium and is recommended for street, fast road or heavy track use. Constructed in the same shape as the manufacturing unit the core thickness is increased from 27mm to 36mm. Core pressure and the cooling effect is improved by about 40%. Spoon has developed a new fin design to allow for air to pass through the radiator to air cooling. There is also a 1/8 Sensor Boss FItted for Aftermarket Sensor
