Each wheel at Desmond starts as a solid piece of 6061 Aluminum. The forging process begins as the piece is compressed at 8,000 tons of pressure which develops the basic shape of the wheel. From there each wheel is machined to our precise specs and tolerances, thereby creating a true masterpiece.

All wheels made in Japan by Taneisya. Taneisya has a strong motorsports wheel manufacturing background and has supplied Formula One wheels since 1993.

When designing a high-performance wheel such as the Regamaster Evo II it is important to be lightweight as well as strong. Each wheel is designed first for strength and second for lightweight. This results in each wheel size being as strong and lightweight as possible for motorsports use.

DESIGN/HERITAGE:
Designing a wheel that looks amazing is a challenge. Desmond set out to develop wheels that are superior in design, strength, lightweight, and rigidity. The result is a truly balanced wheel designed for motorsports use that is equally capable of looking great on a streetcar.

Following a classic design, Desmond wanted to maintain the look and style of the original Regamaster EVO wheels while using the technology available today to provide larger sizes, lower offsets, lighter weights, strength, and rigidity. The all-new Regamaster Evo II wheels follow the classic lines while providing you with a modern wheel. A true remix on a classic that exceeds expectations.

KNURLED BEAD SEAT:
In order to prevent tire slippage, (the tire rotating on the rim) each Regamaster Evo II rim is knurled. This knurling of the tire bead seat improves the contact patch between the tire and the rim.

    DESCRIPTION

    TITAN 7 T-D6 is the result of 3 years of extensive testing and design work. Although the 6 spoke design is very simple, the T-D6 is packed with technical features that take our “Forged for All” ideology to the next level. A full face design was chosen to give the wheel an excellent base for strength and rigidity. Next, we took the popular "I–Beam” spoke construction beyond the competition by connecting the machining work from the hub, spoke, and rim. This is a first for any wheel manufacturer, and we decided to highlight this with our Launch Edition versions by offering it in a contrast machine colour. In keeping with our commitment to both lightness and strength, a back rigid spoke tracer was employed for additional strength and stiffness. You can see a sliver of material that goes a long way for performance. Extensive machining was also employed on the backside of the spoke to remove material for final weight optimization. All of this was made possible by applying 10,000 Tons of industry leading forging force. Authentic performance from Titan 7. Forged for All.

Each wheel from Titan 7 features traction improving bead seat knurling, beefed up inner rim flange for durability and strength, and logo machined accents. The T-S5 is designed for each application to clear all popular aftermarket big brake kits while achieving maximum concavity.                       Building on the success of the Enkei M52 and YS5 as inspiration for a lightweight new tuning wheel led us to create the all-new TSV. The TSV features 10 paired spokes that are spaced perfectly to evenly distribute the loads and stresses placed on wheels at the track. Doing this allows us to reduce the weight on the wheel without sacrificing rigidity. The result is a classic and clean wheel design that works beautifully with late model sports sedans and coupes. The TSV comes in 17” and 18” sizing and widths up to 9.5”, and is available in Storm Gray, Gloss Black, and limited Gloss Bronze.

                      The PF09 is the latest addition to Enkei’s Racing Series lineup. Featuring 9 smartly contoured spokes designed to curve around big brakes found on modern sports cars, the PF09 is an excellent choice for track day enthusiasts and weekend autocrossers alike. The PF09 is available in sizes ranging from 16×7 to 18×10.5 and is available in Enkei’s Dark Silver or Matte Gunmetal Finish. All PF09s feature Enkei’s signature flat center cap.

                      All Enkei wheels are engineered to pass rigorous testing. In fact, Enkei established its own test standard called “Spec-E,” which is tougher than JWL requirements. Enkei’s Spec-E test setting requires a higher drop point in the impact test and 20% more cycles for the rotary bending fatigue and dynamic radial fatigue tests than JWL standards. The Spec-E represents Enkei’s confidence in its technology and quality of Enkei wheels.

                      The RF03RR's are possibly the lightest 18" Flow Form wheel on the market weighing in at 8.2kg on an 18x8.5 and 8.4kg on an 18x9.5! They feature an extended connection between the spoke and the lip/barrel for additional rigidity.
